Lavinia is by no means a conventional New York entertainer. Having grown up with a penchant for painting and a knack for ultra creative designs, she's the coolest clown in all the town.
Wondering how it all started? Well, the story of how she came to find her calling begins back in 2011 after she was laid off from a local college where she worked as an admissions counselor.

Let me just start off with- WOWWWWW!!! Lavinia is NOT your typical face/body painter or balloon twister. If you want the Ferrari of face/body painters you really do NOT need to look any further. I had Lavinia face/body paint and balloon twist at my daughter's Sweet 16. Everyone just stared in awe of her work. You can request your theme or you can leave the creativity totally up to her which I have absolutely NO REGRETS doing. Children, teens, adults; even my 80 year old grandmother waited on line to get her face and arm painted. The detail she uses in the span of 3-4 minutes (if that) is a God-given talent. Lavinia is a beautiful person inside and out and I (along with everyone that was at the party) will be in contact for future events. Oh and her balloon twisting abilities?! Ah-MAZ-INGG. She made a life-size motorcycle that my 3 year old daughter was able to actually step into and drive around the party with. Great quality work you will NOT REGRET. I PROMISE!!!! More...

Lavinia is the best! She is so talented, fast and unique! I have never seen anything like her work before. She did my sons 5th bday today and everyone was floored by her performance. What do you love most about your job?
I love that it allows me to be constantly creative. Since I don't use pre-designed boards I never know what an adult or child may ask for. I get to think on my toes and come out with my own creative interpretation.
What inspired you to start your own business?
Back in 2011 I was working as an admissions counselor and was laid. I saw it more as an opportunity to start something new and not as a set back. I dabbled in just face painting and tried my hand at one balloon animals (wasn't a fan). I went to a Clown Convention that September and took 2nd place in their face painting competition. I also learned that balloons didnt have to just be a plain dog after I took Robbie Furman's class... That's when I fell in love.
I was excited that I could be more colorfully creative with the balloons and the love affair hasn't ended since.
Why should our clients choose you?
I love what I do. Not only do I get to have fun every weekend working different events but I also get to be on the receiving end of the best smiles. From the loving sweet request of a child to a crazy ridiculous request from an adult. My brush knows no boundaries and my balloons can entertain all ages.
