What do you love most about your job?
I relish working with driven business owners and leaders who are on the brink of greater success. I enjoy guiding leaders into the development of workable, repeatable systems and coaching them toward identifying key priorities in their businesses and how to engage in coaching their teams and assuring accountability within. Ultimately watching them focus more on leading with less 'doing' is my goal, to help build a commercial profitable business that in time, should they choose, can work without them.
What inspired you to start your own business?
My former business was a special event venue where we created on average 125 unique weddings a year with full service offerings which included catering, wedding direction and floral design. I love putting together the right people to execute what I needed and relished creating the vision for the company and how that translated to how systems, policies and protocols were developed. Learning how to make the company profitable, while building a culture of accountability and fun was a joy. I began my business, 'Arriving with BB Webb, LLC' to share what I've learned both as a creative artist and a business person, with the goal of helping other leaders through my writing, speaking and coaching work.
Why should our clients choose you?
From my experience as the founder and owner of Carl House venue, I have developed a system, 6 tenets for building your business that work to create a commercial, profitable enterprise. My focus is on both systems and I have a keen sense of attention to detail. I work to enlighten those I work with so they can see what is most needed within their business.
