Arquero management want 138.40 a month from me and all the other 11 apartments in bridge court on the Isle of Wight . The work which is meant to be done on my contract is external windows , internal windows, bike store, bin store cleaned, car park sweeped, hoovering in hallways and and cleaning and maintenance in the hallways, gardening of the tiny two meters of grass,lighting which always remains on which should be sensored and turn on when someone comes in the property not remain on . The only thing done is hallway hoovering which we can do ourselves and saves us all a massive amount of money for that alone ! The grass was cut twice recently only because I complained it was long with lots of weeds, the pricing is a disgrace and none of it is getting done. Having engaged Arquero May 2021 to manage our small block of four Flats after providing them with the Full History of our problematic Block we were impressed with the Director of Arquero with all guns firing saying we will soon sort out the other three Lease holders who were not paying their service charges and sort out all the issues with the Block,we thought ARQUERO were sent from God how wrong I would be proven that it was a management sent from Hell who in two years never achieved or done anything,biggest mistake I have ever made in my life . Arquero on engagement removed our Solicitor and appointed PDC a debt collector who again achieved absolutely nothing, best everyone keep a wide Beth from them both especially Arquero who actually on a Mediation meeting minutes before it started informed me they were resigning that day and I would be removed as Director what a bombshell with them actually doing a runner and stitching me up in the process,talk about Mutiny this was outrageous big time as they had predetermined the result but had taken almost £3,000 from me just a couple of days before being our half for the Mediation fee which Arquero had already determined the negative outcome,how deceitful and dishonest is that with the Tomlin order raised at the mediation has literally been almost totally ignored. Good Heavens what a Diversion response when your unnecessary disastrous two year engagement did not fruit anything of any worth. We will not be Drawn into any mudslinging which is obviously your priority intentions. We stand solid behind what we accused you of which was the truth the whole Truth and nothing but the Truth so help me God and you sound Guilty as charged extracting and literally robbed Dene Court of nearly £3,000 setting us up at a Meditation which you and your side kick had already decided the outcome without warning us of your deceitful dishonest totally unprofessional intentions becoming Turncoats and Traitors to ourselves and Dene Court Flats Management Company Ltd which was a inappropriate use of Company funds. It was nearly Over two years with the only maintenance or works you actioned was having the Grass cut which you could never claim to be Management of any worth and anyone considering using your services should think wisely again and take my advice and use a Reliable,Trustworthy and honest Friendly Block Management Company like Bonita One in Poole, we so regret moving from them to Arquero was a massive error of judgment i have ever made in my 75 years which i will regret for the rest of my life.The saying is what goes round comes round. You were supplied with the full History of Dene Court at appointment and we Refute all of your comments to be a load of Gobbledygook. You never ever displayed any Loyalty to Dene Court so you need to be Named and Shamed for your misuse of control Dene Court and its funds with your dishonorable intentions at the end with a Knife in our backs to save yourselves. Your indefensible actions have a paper trail with substantial supporting Photographic evidence showing Dene Courts Demise at your hands. The objective for the Mediation meeting which was arranged for the 22nd March 2023 was to recover the service charge arrears amounting towards £60,000 but unbeknown to us until minutes from the Mediation started Ms Director Arquero had other ideas and had already sold us down the river at a huge cost but she was determined to sell out and do a runner something that took us by complete surprise but the red flags were up we just didn’t see them or expect them,but saying that we gad almost two years of incompetence and neglect from Arquero who at the beginning at point of engagement came in with all guns blazing like Annie Oakley but soon fizzled out to nothing it was just hot air or wind. Unbelievably Ms Director Arquero said to us and it turned out to be the statement of the Decade “WE ARE HERE TO HELP YOU IF YOU NEED US” Honestly who needed another deaf wish. What a disappointment they were being a Disgraceful dishonest outfit they turned out too be big time Mr & Mrs Austin owners of Flat 1 Dene Court destroyed by Arquero so called management by their total mismanagement. We moved the management of our 93 flat development away from another company in 2016. Over the last year they have provided a top rate service, many improvements have been carried out to the development, the collection of service charges from residents has been efficient but best of all if you have a problem you can pick up the phone and get the problem resolved quickly. They have even attended in the middle of the night when we had fire in a bin store and stayed until they had done all they could.They are slightly more expensive than our previous agents but as they do not have any hidden charges the overall price is less than we were paying for an infinitely superior service.If you are not satisfied with your existing management company I recommend that you contact Arquero.
