Asbestos Surveys
When do I need an asbestos survey? If you own or have responsibility for a non-domestic property (such as a shop, office or industrial property) anywhere in the UK, built bafore 1980, then you are required to have an asbestos register in place at all times. In addition, if your property has previously been shown to contain asbestos, this will require an asbestos management plan and a risk register which should be updated annually. To support this a programme of reinspection surveys may be required.

Asbestos Waste Collection & Disposal
Our in house teams can remove & dispose the following materials: Asbestos Cement (roof sheets, garages, pipes, panels and debris). Textured Coatings (notifiable and non notifiable with independent air monitoring by a third party alongside notification to the HSE prior to works commencing. Asbestos Bitumen (roofing, damp proof coarse, screeds). Floor Tiles and Coverings. Puttys and Composites. Textiles and Wraps. For asbestos disposal, we are an approved waste carrier and all ACMs are disposed of at an approved and carefully-managed site. Full documentation to prove proper and compliant disposal is then provided to the client.
