Arnica Clinic, more specifically Elena is really helping me with my health transformation. At 56 I had a stroke and was VERY lucky. At 58 I took a substantial cut to my pension but for the sake of my health retired from a very stressful and all consuming career. Since then I have been on path to get ‘well’. There is SO much to learn and I am hungry for it. Recently I have ‘gotten educated’ and adopted a ‘Ketogenic lifestye’ ❤️ along with intermittent fasting (VERY EMPOWERING!) I did this as I read it could help my brain. BINGO it surely did, but also, my ENERGY levels are amazing, and although I did not really need to, I have slimmed down nicely as well. I feel absolutely amazing. NOW at the ARNICA Clinic with Elena I am kicking this whole ‘health’ process up several notches higher with Colonic Hydrotherapy. I came all the way from Penticton to have a colonic treatment at Arnica Clinic. The treatment was awesome as usual (I had five colonic sessions last year). The atmosphere was warm, relaxing and Elena gave me a gentle abdominal massage that left me with excellent results. I felt comfortable from the beginning to the end of the procedure.
