Loved our experience so far, right from the initial meeting with their front line guy though to the process of getting set up and the engineer's visit. We are spending about the same as before, but have got such a better system. Any time we call up the office for help, we always get to speak to who we need to which is so useful. Upon our move to our facility in Rugby we needed to address our outdated telecommunications system replaced ASAP and I received Will Copley's name from Armstrong Bell from a business colleague. I contacted Will and within 15 minutes we had an appointment set. The next day I we met up and he presented me not with a multitude of options but the options that he knew from his experience were the correct ones.
