Amazing customer service and top hygiene standards. I get my Reiki done here regularly, and I would absolutely recommend not just that but all other services. As a cancer patient my anxiety from treatment whilst fighting this disease i need and rely on Reiki to help me manage stress. I am so comfortable with the Reshma , she is really good at what she does. Everytime I have my Reiki done I am refreshed and my chakras are in order. Lovely atmosphere and great services. I have been visiting Aromesprit over the last few years and have always been happy with the results. The owner is lovely, very skilled and above all professional. Everytime I am there I feel both relaxed and rejuvenated. I have even used them throughout my pregnancy for facials and massages. I would highly recommend them for mums-to-be. I would also recommend them for reiki sessions - the owner is a reiki master and has been practising for years. As a seasoned marathon runner pushing hundreds of km's every month on the pavement, I'm always on the look-out for a good full body massage and have tried out a lot of places. From my past experiences with other therapists, I can honestly say that Reshma at Aromesprit really is one of the best in this business. She is super friendly, genuinely warm and caring and makes you feel at ease instantly. It was my second time at Reshma's and she exceeded all expectations as usual, tailoring the massage to my needs - i.e. that of an avid runner's. The experience was so soothing and relaxing, with just the right amount of pressure applied wherever needed, all the knots broken down. I almost fell asleep then woke up feeling extremely de-stressed, relaxed and needless to say, slept very soundly that night. My husband commented on how rejuvenated I looked afterwards. I am a professionally qualified, fully insured and experienced practitioner in facial and massage therapies. I strive to work holistically and have chosen to use the traditional method of prescribing a bespoke blend of essential and carrier oils for use in my treatments.
As a Holistic practitioner , it is my belief that the whole person is made up of interdependent parts and if one part is not working properly, all the other parts will be affected. In this way, if people have imbalances (physical, emotional, or spiritual) in their lives, it can negatively affect their overall health.
My practice my aim is to bring the therapeutic benefits of massage to my clients: bringing into balance their physical, emotional and spiritual needs
