We hired ARJ Productions to help plan our May 2019 wedding- and we are so happy we did!. We ended up picking her month of/day of service package. Ari was very helpful and was a great resource during the entire planning process. As someone that has never helped plan a wedding before, it was so helpful to talk through all the details with Ari. Because we chose the month of package, we did most of the planning and Ari brought it to the finish line. Ari will check-in on your progress and meet with you throughout, but the month of/day of package is very self-driven planning. A month before the wedding, Ari reached out to all our vendors to confirm details and ensure everything was good to go. The day of our wedding, I handed over my wedding planning binder to Ari and she made my dream a reality. I didn’t have to worry about a thing on my wedding day because Ari had everything under control. ARJ Productions also provided an online program that helps guide your wedding planning. My husband and I thought it was very helpful and a great way to keep everyone on the same page. Ari did a great job planning our wedding. We reached out to several planner around 3 months before our wedding day, which is not a lot of time. And Ari is the only one responded. We met with her the next morning and decided to choose her as our planner.
Ari helped us find a great venue, florists, musicians, transportation and an officiant. She also went with us for several sights and meetings. At our wedding day Ari also gave us a lot of help. She coordinated a lot of the details.

Ari is more than just a wedding planner, she's a miracle worker! We couldn't have imagined a more perfect day and it was all thanks to Ari. She organized and coordinated, and worked her magic so that the day was seamless and beautiful for us. If there were whoops's or mess-ups, I didn't know! I floated through my perfect wedding without a worry in the world all thanks to Ari's preparedness and professionalism.
We started working with Ari about a year out from our big day. We signed up for the partial planning package which was well worth the expense. I can't tell you how many times my husband (still getting used to saying “husband”) and I said that this was the one line item on our expenses that we completely could not have lived without.
My advice as a bride who's been through it: Don't think you can do it all, hire a planner, hire Ari! We absolutely love her and can't imagine our life without her now that the wedding is over.

I reached out to Ari when I was looking for someone to get me through the home stretch of planning my son's Bar Mitzvah and make the big day stress-free for me and my family. Ari came highly recommended by several friends and she did not disappoint! Ari and Kristin, who was on site for my son's party, were exactly what I needed: knowledgeable, dependable, accessible, responsive, creative, budget-conscious, and more. My family and I would not have survived wedding planning without ARJ productions, there’s no other way to say it. As a “nervous bride,” Ari and her team completely managed my stress and anxiety about the event and found ways to make it FUN, which is what it’s about! We had around 250 guests so there was a lot to manage. We used a ton of Ari's vendors, but the ones we did find on our own Ari worked with flawlessly, which is not always the case with wedding planners. She was on every call with vendors, and my *strong* suggestion would be to do the whole package so you can use her unlimited time, it's just not worth feeling like you can't have full access since the team has a ton of clients at any given time. Ari should think about charging more for her services, because more than planning, wedding organizing for a large and formal wedding is stressful in ways you can't predict before doing it, and Ari and her team are providing not just actual planning but de-stressing reminders so you don't have to freak out! Ari helped execute an amazing party for my daughter's Bat Mitzvah. She had every detail covered and was a great support for us throughout the planning process. We really relied on her input and experience in much of our planning and in the choices we made along the way. She created the perfect timeline and made sure things that were supposed to happen did happen just as we wanted! Hire Ari - just do it! I interviewed quite a few coordinators and felt I connected best with Ari. She was great to work from the entire time, even though based on our contract I really only had her services the month before the event. She's knowledgeable, has great ideas, has a ton of connections, and was fantastic and wrangling some of my less organized vendors. We hired Ari for my son’s bar mitzvah in September. I am a project management professional who can plan and organize projects and events quite well on my own so when I made the decision to hire Ari I was at first skeptical as to whether I even needed an event coordinator. Boy, was I glad I did!Ari helped every step along the way! When I first was looking for a vendor, we had a vision of what we were looking for, and she helped us make it a reality. When the venue was not flexible enough to get the price and timeline to work the way I needed it to, she called them up and negotiated with them until they came up with a solution. She also helped negotiate a price that I might not have gotten on my own.She provided countless wonderful recommendations, stayed on top of me on to do’s that needed to be addressed, and she works with the best vendors for all different event sizes. She helped us understand when we really should spend money on something that seemed like a lot, but also helped us identify unnecessary expenses that we could go without. Most importantly, like others have said, she was a friend throughout the most stressful times of the planning process and was around to listen to me vent when needed. On the days leading up to the event, she was in touch with all of my vendors, coordinating and negotiating timelines. As a project manager, I found myself strangely calm and kept asking “Are you sure there is nothing I need to do?”On the day of the event, she was out of town. We knew this at the outset - that we’d be relying on Kristin, her main assistant plus a second assistant. During the last month of the event Kristin was present alongside Ari and then on the day of the event, Kristin was just as amazing as Ari. She left no stone unturned in running a smooth event. She spent a couple of hours at the venue making sure everything was according to plan so we could relax and take pics. During the event, every time I turned around,she was greeting me with a drink or something for my kids. The day after the event, I learned and saw a picture of the cake when it first arrived at the venue - it had the wrong name on it!!! All that money to the bakery, and the wrong name - can you imagine? I’d have been mortified....only I didn’t know, because Kristin took care of it without my knowledge - bat-phoned the cake vendor and had them fix it before I even arrived. Quickly after we started planning our wedding, we realized that we needed help. Although we had found a venue/caterer and our wedding was on the smaller side (50 people), we had a lot of questions and the idea of organizing all the day-of details was completely overwhelming. In addition, we had started planning in earnest only 4 months before the wedding date. We luckily found ARJ Productions via online reviews, and from our initial conversation, immediately liked Ari. She was easy to talk to, informative, experienced, and very organized. It was obvious that this is a passion for her and takes great pride in the events she plans. After signing the contract, Ari immediately started helping us get organized. She provided wedding software that had a few features other wedding apps didn’t and could be shared with herself and us. Ari kept in constant contact with us during the entire planning process. She is very responsive to emails (so much that we would joke if we hadn’t received a response within the first 10 minutes she must be dead, but this was rare). She was always willing to answer questions and provide feedback. We were still lacking ceremony musicians and a florist, Ari provided recommendations and coordinated vendors for both and they worked out perfectly. In addition, Ari created a very detailed timeline to make sure all the pieces fell into place. We were able to provide this to the bridal parties and our families to make sure everyone knew what to expect. In the background, Ari was also double checking all the details with the other vendors we had.

Ari was double booked for the day of our wedding (she made this known from the start), so Kristin P was our day-of coordinator (with the assistance of another coordinator). Kristin was included on all emails during the entire process and went with us on the venue walkthrough. Kristin has an amazingly calm presence that I was very grateful for on our wedding day! Although I didn’t think it would be possible for me, I was actually able to relax and enjoy the moments, since I knew that someone was coordinating in the background and someone would make sure everyone was in the right places at the right time. Although there was some minor issues that Kristin took care (which we didn’t even know about until after), our wedding was essentially perfect. If I could rate 10 stars, I would. Ari is just AWESOME. Her recommendations were always top-notch. And not just the vendors she recommended. She has such a good feel for what works and what doesn't. Hiring Ari was by far the BEST decision we made in an entire year of wedding planning! My husband and I are a weird mix of both incredibly Type A people and big partiers and we wanted a large, elaborate, beautiful, and fun wedding on a family property. Planning a wedding with a standard venue is hard enough, but to create our own venue we definitely needed the best wedding planner out there: Enter Ari! I could go on and on about Ari but I’ll list the things I looked for in reviews while wedding planning:
1. Responsiveness! Ari responds so quickly (Sometimes within seconds!) to every call, text, e-mail, etc. at pretty much every hour of the day! She makes you feel like you are her top priority at all times, even though she is incredibly busy.
2. Budget! Ari saved me more money from the discounts her preferred vendors gave me than she actually even charged. Literally, my wedding was cheaper because I hired her than if I’d had no wedding planner! She’s also so savvy at knowing where to put money for maximum effect and where you can cut costs with no impact.
3. Fun! This should really be at the top of the list. Wedding planning is a whirlwind and who wants to feel like it’s yet another task after a long day at work?! Ari makes everything into a productive party. Post wedding, I’m really missing talking to her every day because she’s a mix of a BFF and a fairy godmother who makes all your party dreams come true :)
4. Organization! Absolutely nothing slipped through the cracks on my wedding day/week because of Ari. It was very easy for me to take off the planner hat and put on the Bride hat and just soak in the moment because I trusted Ari 100% to handle everything (And again, I’m a Type A spreadsheet queen- trusting does not come naturally!)

We used Ari for our son's Bar Mitzvah in April 2018. Look no further. Ari is wonderful! She is on top of all the details that you can think of, plus a million more that you never would have thought of. She has a flare for decorating and a knack for knowing what you want, even when you don't know yourself. She returns emails and phone calls lightening fast. And she is just the nicest person to work with. Not only was Ari great in the planning process, but she was such a calming and stable influence throughout the chaos of the event. No matter how hard you plan, something-- large or small-- will go wrong. Throughout the event, Ari smoothed over every bump from every vendor and every guest. She was also my voice of reason when one of my family members had to go to the emergency room during the party.
