On the most basic level a great website needs to have a strong visual presence, a good user interface and be mobile responsive. But that is just the tip of the iceberg. What questions might you ask a client when starting a new project?
We always start with who they are, what are you passionate about in your business and who are your best clients. Without that information brand and site will just be pretty pictures.
Describe your creative process.
It is all about discovery and listening. If we can truly connect with a brand, its owners, leaders and customers we can create a truly effective marketing platform.
What information do you need from a client before you can start work?
Nothing but a way to get in touch and a few minutes of your time. We make it easy to get the ball rolling. You should be focused on working on your business, not the tedious task of writing website copy and researching best practices. We'll take the " homework" out of the process of building a brand message and website.
What do you love most about your job?
Learning about our clients, creating a marketing strategy, website and tools so they can be more successful. When our clients reach new successes the rewards are immeasurable.
What inspired you to start your own business?
I have always had a knack for seeing the big picture. I love helping owners and operators see the forest through the trees. We can then use our creative and strategic design skills to deliver great materials and strategies.
Why should our clients choose you?
Clients should only choose us if they want to get real about their ideal clients, get clear about how to market to them more effectively and have a brand and website that is built for the company they want to become.
