We booked an appointment with ARG Telecommunications to repair both broadband & telephone landline problems. On the day of the appointment the engineer Mark arrived on the time that was agreed and even contacted us half an hour beforehand to let us know he was on his way. After reviewing the problems Mark explained very clearly what was required to fix and resolve the issues. The repair was undertaken at a very reasonable price. The engineer was very polite , well presented and respectful of our property. Mark came to change pasition of master switch for phone. He listened to my requirements and explained how he was going to proceed. Job was completed within 40 minutes, including tidying up existing loose wiring. He left the work area clean and tidy, checked everything was working and in order. Mark listened to what we needed and provided me with different solutions to have uninterrupted WiFi across my house, garden and garage. By adding two more hubs connected to the main router we can work without dropping out and browse and stream anywhere in the garden and garage. I can not speak highly enough of this company. They were prompt and turned up exactly on time. The work they did was to the highest standard and the price was fair. They were very honest when we talked about what work I wanted doing and the options available. Didn't try to rip me off.
