We are a family centric martial arts centre with classes across Beds, Berks and Herts we train multiple arts including Boxing, Wing Chun Kung Fu, JKD Kick Boxing and others.
All our instructors hold enhanced DBS checks, current martial arts first aid certificates as well as others

What do you love most about your job?
Watching students from all backgrounds interact and enhance their fitness levels and combative skills to levels they never previously thought possible. Seeing someone who enters class on their first day extremely nervous become confident and outspoken within a few months is a great feeling. Seeing people who have struggled to make new friends or maintain a balanced life suddenly become engaged with a martial art and train hard to achieve their goals is amazing.
What inspired you to start your own business?
We were fed up of seeing these martial arts schools that use gradings as a revenue source or that teach ancient arts in a "mystical" way to confuse the students. We have spent the best part of 2 years developing a program that allows students from 4-64 train, have fun, build confidence and make new friends. We use our schools as centralised hubs where students can interact and help each other along their journeys and then create events throughout the year where families can come together and enjoy the Ares Combat atmosphere together.

Working with Ares Combat is not going to create an ultimate fighter in a few months, but we will work with you to enhance your fitness levels to bring out your inner warrior and show you the beauty of martial arts and how they can make all aspects of your life better. All of our instructors know the feeling of being stung by the Mcdojo of realising that your instructor cares more about the add ons they can charge you that they do about your advancement, enjoyment or skill levels. This is why all our instructors work together to create a great community of martial artists who train hard and enjoy life.

Little Warriors (4-6 Years old) - 16:30-17:15
Warriors (7-12 Years old) - 17:20 - 18:30
Spartans (13-17 Years old) - 18:40 - 19:50
Adult's Martial Arts Classes
We have classes in both Hemel Hempstead & Bletchley geared towards Adults
Bletchley - Mondays 20:00-22:00
Hemel Hempstead - Tuesdays 20:00-22:00
