Hi Jamie first of all thanks for your comment and time to post this We have spoken with the engineer who was asked by yourself to replace a fan LIKE FOR LIKE , engineer attended your wife allowed access , engineer completed the job Your wife proceeded to then crowd our engineer stating she did not like the noise of the fan . And becoming very intimidating , your wife waited till we had replaced the fan showed her it now working and then complained we have now lost money on this job and confirmed we will no longer be attending due to your partner being very arrogant , I will not place any of our engineers in a situation like this and we asked our engineer to leave which he did. We have always provided a very top notch service with no bad comments this bad review you have placed is unwarranted If you wish to discuss further please don't hesitate to contact our Head office Best of luck John MD
