Having a change of landlord in recent years much work has been done on the contractural side of things as well as quite major renovation and redecoration of the premises by both the landlord and myself and it has been very useful having a contact point and someone prepared to liaise with all the parties involved. I am the sole Director of a medium size residential block company in Teddington. The added problem I have is that I am not resident on site, as my apartment is rented out.
