What questions might you ask a client when starting a new project?
I like to find out about the person, their business and their aims, timescale. I also like to assess what results they are needing. If a business is already established an audit can be undertaken to assess weaknesses and strengths before implementing an improvement plan.
What do you love most about your job?
Helping businesses become successful or improve their existing model. Being able to create a tailored plan to shape/ propel the business forward for growth is extremely rewarding.
What inspired you to start your own business?
Having over 20 years experience of senior leadership with the last 10 of those years supporting business owners as a consultant; I am inspired to help people to reach their potential in wealth, success and to experience the challenge and joy
of running their own business!

Most of my clients work mainly with me online. Email access 5 days a week. Online Zoom or team meetings are a must. Online team workspaces are set up for each client to track project activity.
What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?
Remote working is totally safe. If anything I have helped connect with people whilst they feel isolated. Many people who lost their jobs or who decided to change their lives in lockdown have started businesses that would not have happened pre-Covid. It’s been my pleasure to help guide people in their first steps of entrepreneurship as well as help improve established businesses.
