Aaron was a great DJ. I was looking for someone specifically who would play clean music, and Arbutus Entertainment came up in my search. Aaron was very professional and made the reception really fun. One of my biggest praises is that he allowed my to have live musicians for my first dance. I'm sure some DJs would not have been OK with that, but Aaron said he wanted me to be completely happy with my wedding. I'm so thankful that he was accommodating. Great Venue! The Springs Westwood Hall venue in Weatherford Texas has beautiful ceremony areas indoor and out. My daughter elected to have both the wedding ceremony and reception indoors due to the summer heat in Texas. The air conditioning carried the load of 120+ bodies easily. The staff are great and fun to work with. They had simple online tools to configure the layout. They handled all of the table/chair setup and tear down. This venue is phenomenal. The staff are incredibly kind, courteous, and patient; they were available for help and questions throughout the planning process and on the day of. Any requests or needs that I had were attended to in a timely manner and always with a smile. Some things that really tipped Parker Manor in my favor were the fact that the staff set up the floor plan for your reception and ceremony for you, and the tables and chairs are provided so you don't need to rent them, just tablecloths and your choice of centerpieces. Another bonus was that the ceremony and reception can both be held at the venue, eliminating the need to travel to a second location after your ceremony. If there is bad weather on your big day, the inside of the reception hall is beautiful enough to accommodate your ceremony as well. This is another bonus, so you aren't having to scramble to make changes if it rains on your wedding day at the last minute. The bride and groom suites are beyond stunning, with plenty of space for your bridal party and family members (I think at one point there were maybe 20 people comfortably in the bridal suite). The ceremony site takes your breath away, especially with the views from the altar. The venue is worth every penny you will spend. In my personal opinion, this venue is so gorgeous that very few decorations/alterations are needed to spruce it up for your wedding. Parker Manor is naturally gorgeous on its own, and feels like you are having an incredibly premium wedding, but at a good price. The pictures from my wedding (and everyone else's) do not do this venue justice. If you aren't sure, book an appointment to see it for yourself! You will be speechless. Our daughter selected Arbutus Entertainment for her DJ and Photobooth. As a parent footing the bill, I can tell you that Aaron is a class act. He was very personable and assisted my daughter with planning throughout the process. He has great online tools that make it very easy to plan all of the songs to align with the various activities. The sound system was perfect, as was the up lighting. The photobooth was a hit with everyone and we received many compliments. Aaron followed up very promptly with all of the photobooth photos in addition to the photobook that my daughter was provide. After having Aaron DJ my wedding (January 2016), I have recommended Arbutus Entertainment to every engaged couple I come across in the area! Having him as our DJ was one of the BEST decisions we made for the wedding! Could not recommend him more! So incredibly helpful with knowing when we would need music for different things, suggested songs when I had absolutely no idea, was SUPER entertaining for announcing bridesmaids and groomsmen and such at the reception. Just an incredible DJ! He also has lights and a projector and stuff like that to use for different things. He also did the music for the ceremony and never once judged me for using Doctor Who and Star Wars to walk in and out to He even had surgery on his foot before our wedding and didn't let that slow him down a bit! Hire Arbutus Entertainment, you WILL NOT regret it!! From the first time I spoke on the phone with Aaron I knew he was a very professional person who understood my music taste and would make our wedding reception a success. He did all that and so much MORE! He exceeded my expectations by a long shot. The uplighting was beautiful and so much fun how it changed with the music. He was professional and courteous and the entire night went off without any issues. His equipment was great and he even came early and mic'd up our officiant for the ceremony. I just can't say enough nice things about Arbutus Entertainment. Aaron was nothing short of amazing. I was a bride who did not have a wedding planner and was determined to do everything myself, but Aaron made our day happen. He made sure we stayed on our timeline from the start of the ceremony to our sparkler send off and that was such a HUGE weight off my shoulders. I was actually able to enjoy the night without a single stress. And he had everybody dancing the whole night- and I mean everyone from the kiddos to the grandparents. Went here for the open house to see the grounds. This is an absolutely beautiful space for a wedding! The outdoor area has a lovely pond with water feature and beautiful bride suite and grooms suite.

Aaron was absolutely amazing!! Our wedding went so smoothly and he made the night so fun! He played the music for our ceremony and reception and on top of that he brought the photo booth and our guests had so much fun with it! We even got a photobook the same night with our names and wedding date engraved on it and people were able to write something next to their picture right after taking it! Everyone had so much fun dancing too! Aaron has an amazing website to help you with picking the songs for your ceremony and reception and it was very user friendly. There is only one word needed to describe Aaron and his DJing skills-incredible! But here’s a short review anyways! He was our first choice for DJ at our December wedding, after experiencing his work at a party. Aaron feeds off of the crowd’s energy. He truly pays attention to what everyone wants to hear and tunes in on what’s keeping the guests out on the dance floor. Our wedding quickly turned into a Christmas/Disney dance party, which was right up our alley! I appreciate the clean versions of songs he plays and the commentary he adds. He’s funny, respectful, and devoted to his work. Aaron also took the time to take some amazing pictures and videos. He even went out of his way to have a beautiful wooden sign created for us. Aaron was so awesome from day 1 till after the ceremony. His professionalism is thru the roof and his personality is exactly what you'd want in a DJ. The timing of the entire day he had planned out to a tee. The music was all "clean", all the profanity was taken out. He was attentive to our needs, ei stalling when needed, calling my husband when he went awol for a bit, LOL! I STRONGLY recommend Arbutus Entertainment to anyone who asks.
