What makes a great website?
Great UI/UX, relevant content, and a ongoing program to maintain and support your site as a brand asset. Too many clients have a "set it and forget it" mindset with sites. It's important to see your site as a key component of your online digital assets. A great blog and ties to your social media outlets is necessary to maintain rankings with primary browsers and SEO.

What sorts of printing projects do you usually cater for?
We are a full service commercial printer with high-volume presses and also a digital fleet. We can manage print jobs with over a million pieces to under a thousand.
Describe your creative process.
I would say it is consultative. We really try to get at the heart of your core business and marketing challenges and how we can plug in to help our clients move from a project -based mindset, to building marketing assets to grow with them.

What inspired you to start your own business?
Well, it's not my business per se, I am one of a team of c-suite leaders. What inspires me to be part of the business is working with clients with a variety of needs.
