AquaSafe believe that everyone should learn to swim in a safe environment. Our instructors are very experienced with all abilities and as well as all being fully qualified level 2 instructors, they all hold an additional recognised rescue/lifesaving qualification.

What do you love most about your job?
The pride in watching swimmers of any age learning to overcome fears and learning to swim. It is the most rewarding job when you see the smile and sense of achievement on their faces.
What inspired you to start your own business?
Having many years experience in Leisure management with lots of early starts and late nights it seemed the ideal step to be in control of my own hours whilst raising my family. Swim teaching was always my favourite activity so it made sense to set up a swim school. I initially bought a swim school franchise which I ran for approx 13 years then I made the decision to set up my own school so I could take it in the direction that I wanted.
Why should our clients choose you?
We are a small friendly swim school and our lessons are run in private venues that allow non-members, You would benefit from continuity of the same instructor who gets to know each and every child in their classes which enables them to plan lessons to get the best out of each one.
Child Group Swimming Lessons
Available from age 3. At AquaSafe, every child is treated as an individual and our instructors provide them with a safe but fun environment for them to learn to swim with confidence. Alongside learning to swim they are also taught how to stay safe in and around water.
Child Private 1to1 Swimming Lessons
Private lessons are ideal for nervous children or to help those facing a difficulty with a particular skill. They are sometimes just the preferred option to parents for their children to learn to swim. Lessons are tailored to suit the child and our friendly instructors will give every child the confidence required to progress.
Adult 1to1 Swimming Lessons
Whether you are nervous around water, a complete beginner wanting to swim or a swimmer in training for a triathlon and wanting to improve your technique, private lessons are ideal for you. Lessons are booked at a convenient time between yourself and our instructor who will be in the water with you if required.
Your instructor will assess your current ability and tailor the lessons to suit your individual needs and requirements.
Toddler Lessons
Available to age 2-4. These classes run very similar to the normal learn to swim lessons but with fun floats and toys to encourage the children. Age 2-3 attend with their parent/guardian. Age 3-4 attend alone.
