Love my hair, I am very picky with who does my hair and Rosa exceeded my expectations. Usually I get my hair done it takes forever, but she was able to be very thorough and made sure my haircut is exactly how I want it and the end style in great timing. The salon experience was amazing very attentive. The fact it was pouring they made sure I got to my car without getting soaked by having a helper with a large umbrella. I was new to the neighborhood & was worried about finding a new hair salon/hair stylist. I walked into Aquarelle salon and met Rosa. She did my hair and I fell in love with her instantly. She can do wonders with her hands and has amazing skills as a hairstylist and overall as a person. She’s very professional and knowledgeable in her field. I had a wonderful experience. Would definitely recommend this place, you wouldn’t regret it. (She does very clean job when touching up my roots, love how she blows out & cuts my hair and my hair is dark & medium-long in length. I had been looking for a good hair stylist for a long, I was tired of salon hopping and my hair being destroyed, and then I found aquarelle went in to inquire about what I wanted done Ms Rosa hairdresser and owner welcomed me she gave me a free consultation on color and the haircut I wanted; when she was done with me I was so happy I cried. If I can give Rosa 10 stars I would!!! The owner of this very beautiful salon provides the most professional, heartwarming and excellent service I have ever received. I did not have an appointment and Rosa did not hesistate to take me in at once to do a very intricate hair style for a wedding. She took me in at once and did not let me leave until it was perfect. Since I have thin hair it is challenging for me to achieve the look I was going for. However this was not an issue for Rosa. The techniques she was able to do were out of this world. Rosa did my hair and makeup for my wedding. It was perfect and gorgeous! I received compliments all throughout the day. The makeup lasted all day. It was a outdoor wedding so I was afraid the makeup would get ruined by the weather but it didn't. My hair was flawless and it too lasted all day. My second time at this salon and as you can see my hair looks AMAZING!!!! Rosa doesn't disappoint!!! She takes good care of you to make you feel comfortable, she listens to what you want done, she gives you an honest opinion if asked, she's super professional, she works hard! !! I got highlights, full layers, wash, cut and blow dry. This is the first time I get highlights and was scared to see the result (since i've never had any change done to my hair) and to see the final result made me feel truly beautiful♥️ You walk out of the there feeling like a super model! I was recommended to come into this place to treat a hyper pigmentation condition on my face so I signed up for the 3 month GC facial treatment, but from the first treatment application I was able to notice at least a 50% deference on my face, in other words my face was much lighter in a matter of a week. Came here for a quick mani and pedi... what a mistake. The technician seemed inexperienced and when she cut my cuticles, it felt like little piranhas nipping at my toes and fingers. Also, not hygienic. They don't use the machine to disinfect and they don't put the plastic bag in the pedicure tub. Also, I chose a red OPI nail polish and had to add a coat of my own polish at home because you can still see the while calcifications on my nails.
