"Mac has been servicing my boilers, doing my gas certificates, boiler repairs and all general gas maintenance for mine and and my tenants boilers for a few years now and I honestly would say that I will never change him. He is professional, fast, very knowledgable and amazing at his work and I would give him 10 stars out of 10 if I could. "We had to have a new boiler installed as an emergency and as part of an insurance claim following a lightning strike. Mac came over quickly to complete the necessary reports and provide a quote. Max moved appointments around to assist us as quickly as possible which was hugely appreciated at such a stressful time. He was always available to answer messages and phone-calls (and there were many), so I was very impressed at his customer service and how quickly he responded and dealt with things. Work was carried out to a great standard and we have had no problems at all with our boiler or heating. Came back to check queries and always punctual and reliable. We will definitely use Mac again for future work and would be happy to recommend him. Extremely helpful, knowledgeable and just a lovely human being in general.
