Very efficient.carpets look clean and smell fresh. The work was carried out with great care to my furniture all moved and replaced. Carpets were dry to walk on before the operators left.All materials used are eco friendly and animal safe. As I have two dogs and a cat that was important to me. These guys are so professional! They come and do fibre tests and colour fast tests on all carpets and soft furnishings before quoting. They constantly go on courses to expand their technical knowledge, use chemical free, pet safe products and really do the most amazing job.
