Andy and the team have been first rate in my experience. Straight forward on site consultation with no hard sell unlike another local kinetico supplier who spent over 2 hours attempting to pressure sell me a softener. Small hiccup post fitting (random washer failure, no fault of Andy’s) this was dealt with swiftly with an out of hours visit and nothing was too much trouble. Please look at my other reviews to note my authenticity. Having read other comments I know them to be related to someone who has had more than his fair share of service from kinetico. ... senior engineers including even the UK managing director has been involved so I'm going to say this once and only once my water softener is fine, my water softener works perfectly, my water softener uses a normal amount of salt and does exactly what it is supposed to do. My service level from aqua Concepts has never been less than exemplary and I am a trusted reviewer on both TripAdvisor and on Google so please make your own mind up but I can tell you my own experience and that alone. The guys at aqua concepts have been very professional, conscientious and flexible. I can't believe how someone could add such a bad review, it must be fake! . I have personally recommended them to my family, friends and colleagues and no one has complained. In fact, it's been the complete opposite. So, ignore this fake review, some people really haven't got anything better to do than spread falsehoods.
