We traveled from Kansas City to Chattanooga this past weekend for a wedding and were lucky enough to be included at the rehearsal dinner hosted at the Pavillion. Apron Strings Catering served the dinner that night and I cannot say enough nice things about them! The servers on sight were so efficient and nice! The food was outstanding!!! My wedding was several weekends ago and I'm so glad I chose Apron Strings to cater! Charisse was great to work with and always got back to me quickly, answered my questions and was accommodating. Their service was wonderful day of and the food was displayed so beautifully!! It was absolutely delicious and the guests still talk about it! There was only a small glitch, I requested gold flatwear and they gave me silverwear because a bigger wedding took all they had that same weekend. Apron Strings catered our wedding on March 22, 2014. We had a buffet of different appetizers for our guests. The food was delicious and the service was great!
One of my bridesmaids even commented to me afterward, "I don't know how much you paid your caterer, but they were worth every penny!" I also received a lot of complements about the food from my guests. I'm generally not a big cocktail meatball fan, but theirs were delicious! So was everything else.
From a planning perspective, I would highly recommend Apron Strings. I worked with Charisse from the time I contacted them until the wedding. She was always extremely nice, professional, prompt with responses, and very accommodating to my constant questions and requests! They were definitely the easiest to work with out of all my vendors.
I would highly recommend Apron Strings Catering for any wedding or event. They were great to work with from beginning to end and I didn't have to stress about anything the day of our wedding. Thank you so much!

Apron Strings was amazing! They had lots of options and created a special (delicious) pizza menu for our wedding, accompanied by salads and pastas. They we're professional and very helpful in even sorting out some unrelated kinks in our day, making more than just the food go smoothly!! The food was not only highly complimented and good, but the presentation was beautiful! I couldn't say enough about our very positive experience with them and I would highly recommend! I am usually delivering wedding cakes to events and rarely get to try the food.I was however able to attend a wedding of a friend of ours at Stratton Hall and Apron Strings did the catering. Long story short..great food (especially the mashed potatoes! )... excellent customer service, and an overall pleasure to work with! I've had the pleasure of working with Charisse and Doug for two large birthday parties. This week was my first time using them for a business event. Charisse was quick to respond to emails back and forth about the menu, and Doug was prompt and prepared for delivery and setup. Our organization hosts monthly lunch meetings, and we've used multiple caterers over the past few years. In the two years that I've been in charge of selecting the food, I've never had so many compliments or requests for the catering information. Apron Strings Catering catered my wedding a couple weekends ago at The Homestead at Cloudland Station (June 2017). The service was phenomenal! Charisse was very nice throughout the whole process and very flexible. She made 6+ menus for me as I kept changing my mind throughout the year. The food was absolutely delicious and displayed elegantly. The food was fresh, hot, and made exactly to what I had decided on. The staff made sure everything was stocked and cleaned throughout the night and even helped take peoples plates after they were finished.
