I am a BACP accredited Integrative Counsellor and Psychotherapist and work in private in North London since 2002. Integrative means that I am trained in different modalities such as Person Cantered Counselling, Transactional Analysis, CBT, Trauma Therapy and Transpersonal Psychotherapy and will use the modality that fits the client best. The role of the professional Therapist is now more needed than ever during the COVID 19 lockdown as "many people are feeling overwhelmed. Relationships with partners, children, teenagers, parents, friends and colleagues may be under extra strain. These are often the main reasons clients come to seek counselling even in normal circumstances, and presently these issues may be magnified beyond our comprehension and life experience.”
