From my first contact with Daniel, his advice and services were outstanding. Daniel helped me with the specs of a new iMac purchase (replacing my old Mac) and then took care of setting up the new machine, software installation and data transfer (also data recovery from a faulty previous HDD and the set up of back-up systems). I am myself reasonably technical but prefer to put such tasks in the hands of a professional in order to get things done right from the outset. Daniel undertook all works swiftly, with consummate expertise and fluency, and also had many helpful insights along the way. These latter have allowed me to optimise my use of Apple, MS and third party software that I have been using for years (now I am using these apps more efficiently, thanks to Daniel's guidance).
