ARLA Regulated Agents, Bonded Bank Accounts, Deposits Held by the Deposit Protection Service ( any disputes are handed by a regulated 3rd Party). Accounts paid on time. Professional and quick service. I have rented my properties through them for 17 yrs, all dealing have been completed without problemsThe negative comments are no doubt form tenants that were not suitable, we know if there was a problem with deposits the DPS or the Council would intervene and deal with the matter swiftly....
