Working with Kim was a dream! Fast e-mail responses, super patient with ALL of my questions and she LOVES dogs! What’s not to love? She was also extremely organized- and even takes online payment. She truly puts in the effort to make sure her business is as user friendly, as possible. She even texted me a few of our pictures within a few hours of coming to our house. Who does that?!?Her work is beautiful, as she truly has both an eye and the heart of the business. Our one year old and dogs are both VERY busy, and Kim was able to capture all three of their personalities. I just love it! Working with Kim is like connecting with an old friend. I cannot express how much I love this Photographer, Kim Hoover.  She is such a professional.  She sends you a contract which covers everything you discuss.  No hidden fees, no extra this or that.  She really goes out of her way to make sure you understand what to expect.  She picks fabulous locations for your photos.  She also comes to you when weather is bad.  It all depends on what you want.  You can pay by card and online.  When you get to the shoot, she is PRESENT.   She is all smiles, kind and warm and interacts with children so beautifully.   She is so easy to work with and has such an artistic eye.  You will wonder why is she having me stand here and turning like this, but when you look at the photo on her camera you are blown away.   My advice, just be a good sport and let her lead you! What comes out after is so phenomenal!  Her editing is unbelievable too.  I just loved using her for our family photos and was so thrilled with the results.  I highly recommend her! More...
