If you need someone to set up your iTunes / Apple TV / iDevice / Netlfix / Hulu environment at your home or office where everything talks to each other / works with each other, then Lee is your man. We have 7 iPads, 4 iPhones, 2 Apple TVs, 3 iTunes accounts, several laptops and a myriad of other devices that all needed to work together. For almost a year, maybe longer, my MacBook pro's keyboard and track pad were not working. I took the machine in to the iStore where I purchased it from and not even they could give me a straight answer. I was introduced to Lee and he was more helpful than the iStore guys. He understood that I needed the machine fixed ASAP. Over night he found the problem and fixed it. I sit here writing this review with my Mac running as good as new. Lee came to the rescue immediately when I sent him a message that my Mac was just not starting up!! I was able to drop it off right away and Lee got to work on "surgery". .. all I can say is WOW! So the hard drive had crashed and the operating system had not been upgraded in years!!! Not only is my Mac "alive" again... but it is kicking!!! new operating system, new hard drive, super fast. Lee, thanks for assisting me with my Mac yesterday.

After my Mac stopped functioning I contacted Lee for assistance and he was so freindly and helpfull. Told me to drop the Mac off and he managed to fix it and sort it out in a matter of an hour when no one else could assist at that time.

Opening your Mac, and it suddenly doesn't work... SCARES THE LIVING HELL out of you... That's what happened to me this morning. Then you usually have to deal with people talking a language you don't understand, makes tis fear 10x worse... WELL WAS I IN FOR A SURPRISE!!!! Lee THANK YOU THANK YOU and THANK YOU!!! For the best service that any provider has ever given me, and having my MacBook Pro back in my hand within 3 hours, without loosing any data!!
