Having decided to set up a Limited company I knew I would need the help and advice of an accountant. Whilst I was setting up my business bank account Barclays highly recommended I speak to APH. I called up APH and was dealt with by a helpful member of staff who booked me in with one of the main partners Ben.From the moment I walked in to the office I was really impressed by how helpful and friendly the staff were. Ben was amazing, I was full of questions about how I was going to deal with things and he just seemed to have simple answers. The price Ben gave me for doing my accounts was extremely reasonable and fair. It included everything I would need and even including doing my VAT returns.I didn’t hesitate for a minute to sign up with APH! APH has already saved me time and money by recommending an accounts program which has cost me a grand total of £18 so far. The software does everything I need it to do and is cloud based. It makes running my accounts so simple anyone could do it. As an added bonus APH has also trained me on how to use the software completely free of charge. I would highly recommend APH Accountants to any new or existing business as the advice is great and the support even better. Despite the fact I am only a small new company APH has made me feel like I am a really big important customer.I would like to thank all the staff at APH for their outstanding help and support so far. I write this review with the appreciation I have for the service I have enjoyed the past 2 years from APH Accountants, they are the best accountants I've used in 13 years business!
They are professional and easy to contact (and get quick replies from too). I love the way the have embraced the digital age and done away with paper as much as possible, and instead of one accountancy bill I can pay monthly to spread the costs too.
