Go schedule your sessions with Brandi Vatt! She has been amazing working with me around my school schedule, putting my workouts together, making sure my technique is spot on to prevent injuries, and helping me with my overall wellness! I am so glad my husband and I did this and invested ourselves.

While working with a trainer through APEX I have not only gotten good personal workouts, but also a lot of knowledge about living a healthy life. One of my goals from the beginning was to not only work out regularly, but to also change my diet so that I could live a healthy life. I wanted a long term change in my life and these guys were able to help me navigate this change.

I signed up for personal training and was paired with Stephen. Stephen helped me set realistic, achievable, and meaningful goals. It had been more than 7 years since I participated in a legitimate workout routine and in less than 4 weeks I lost 4 lbs, down 3% body fat, and flexibility has greatly improved. My trainer equipped me with the skills and mindset to continue toward my Apex through a change of lifestyle. I’m now much more conscious of my workouts, diet, and mindset. I have been training with Brandi for the past month and all I can say is Wow.......she is the bomb! I have a lot of medical issues which cause me pain consistently and did not know how to exercise in spite of all this pain. She really understood and listened. She has worked slowly and gently with me and prepared a plan that will help and not cause me to ache. I highly recommend Brandi and Apex Personal Training.

The trainers of apes are all incredibly amazing but my trainer is Brandi and she is by far the best trainer that I have ever had. She is super motivational not just physically but she is a great emotional support and friend as well. I have seen amazing results and I know I will continue to make great progress. Training at APEX has truly been worthwhile. After having children I felt frumpy, out of shape, and honestly I just wanted to do something for myself. I currently train three days a week. Completing workouts tailored to my ability, all while being lead by a knowledgeable trainer (Go Stephen *\0/*) has left me stronger and more confident. Each week I look forward to working out and seeing positive changes with my body!

I began to train with Dena a month ago after I saw that I wasn't getting the results I wanted on my own anymore. She has taught me so much that I'll be able to use even after I reach my goals. I originally trained at a chain gym and my trainer was always rescheduling. It made me less and less motivated. I have so little time to give each week due to a traveling job, it needs to be on my schedule! FitOne puts me first!!
I've been working out with Addison since last fall and he's already challenged me to do things I never thought I would. It's important that the time I spend in the gym is focused on my key areas, correct form, and goals, and Addison plans each session accordingly!
I never thought I'd use free weights, do #deadlifts and #squats. If I had stuck with that big box gym, I probably still wouldn't be.
The biggest benefit is having a trainer that holds you accountable.
I am stronger today at 35, than I was at 20!

I can only say positive things about working with Stephan. I have worked with other trainers once with a chain gym which left me with a torn rotator cuff. Stephen outlined a program for me which has given great results. His programs are not all cookie cutter. He really does design individual programs taking into account limitations that people might have. I am very pleased with my results.

Love, love love working out here and getting personal training from the personal trainers at Fitone. If you are someone like me who loves working out but finds it hard to get to the gym, having a personal trainer is a must!! Even if you don't like working out then having a personal trainer is even better! They will keep you accountable and better yet, keep you motivated. Just be aware that personal training at Fitone is addictive! Your truly don't want to quit once you have gotten started and that's a good thing! :)

I moved to Ooltewah a little over a year ago from NY. I’ve trained with many trainers throughout the years and I must say, Stephen takes personal training to a whole new level for me. I believe he is one of the most experienced & committed trainers I have ever worked with.

He is focused on helping me achieve my goals and makes every session challenging (& somehow fun). My fitness has increased noticeably and I’ve seen improvements in my ability to complete more sit ups / core exercises, lift progressively heavier weights & generally push myself harder throughout each session. I am 57 years old and I have a heart condition. Stephen has helped improved my stamina significantly and I got a great report from my cardiologist. Not to mention all the complements on how fit I look.
I also had a very weak hip which he has helped strengthen as well.
Just to recap...
– He ensures that my technique is always correct to avoid any injuries.

– He is extremely reliable & punctual – always set up & ready to start training ahead of time, with an exercise routine planned.

I thoroughly enjoy working out at Fit One and would recommend Stephen and his team to anyone looking to improve their fitness with a dedicated group of trainers.

After several years, and multiple surgeries, I am finally able to get back in the gym. Having recently undergone a hip replacement, "hiring" a trainer with post-surgical rehab knowledge and experience was super important to me. Brandi's knowledge is excellent, and I feel confident that she will push me to maximize my attainment of conditioning and strength goals. But, perhaps even more importantly, I feel confident that she will help me do so in a way that is safe and not likely to cause a speed bump in my recovery.

I'm really looking forward to getting back into "fighting shape," and to seeing the changes in my body in the mirror. I'm very glad to have this option available in our local gym.

I've been training at FitOne with Stephen for over 2 years. In that time I have lost over 40 pounds and gained in energy and strength. I avoided workouts for several years before joining FitOne due to having had 5 foot surgeries, two full knee replacements and ongoing issues with my shoulders. Stephen is able to work around my issues and still help me get a great workout. In Nov. 2016 I required neck surgery due to an auto accident and was able to come back to the gym about two weeks later. At 3 weeks after surgery, my doctor's nurse took x-rays and was amazed that I already had bone growth where my neck was fused. I was told that it was highly unusual to have that kind of healing that early in the process. I know it is because of my weight training workouts with Stephen.
