Of course we do. We have our own range of cleaning products, we use all our own equipment and will sourche other products if the cleaning requires it.
We also give our regular on going clients free products with free refills!

APC Shine has a personal team who all play an important role in delivery quality service with a friendly attitude.

We all love different aspects of the role:
Mr Expert (Jake) is our office manager/operations/marketing and more. He really loves the systems and coming up with creative ideas to improve our systems.

APC Shine is an amalgamation of cleaning industry and events/entertainment and our main reason for going up against the multitude of cleaning business in Victoria is to bring a 100% compliant cleaning company to Vic. One that pushes boundaries and strives to bring a touch of friendly fun with event style organisation and quality cleaning.
We found there are many in the industry who may not pay taxes, or pay staff under award rates. Others have been known to not declare income and some are not even registered with governing bodies.
Did you know as of October 2019 ALL commercial cleaners MUST be registered with the Labour hire authority? And anyone using a non registered cleaner can be up for thousands in fines.
Yes we applied, paid and have our registration.

We also wanted to hire our team instead of sub contract. This means our cleaners are part of APC Shine and put more in. We can control all aspects and together we never have staff who don't show, or don't know details about the job. Our office is right here in Vic (no overseas call centres) and manned by our very own Mr Expert (Jake) so you are always chatting to a real person.

And we wanted a team who communicate in english, have a personality, like pets (and children) plus enjoy cleaning!

We are 100% compliant and pay taxes, registered with Labour hire authority (commercial cleaners must be registered to operate in Victoria. Anyone hiring an unregistered operator can be find up to half million)
We have an full quality control system and ensure you are satisfied.

Our manager is from events so we know how to be organised and follow procedures but still able to have flexibility.

We are transparent and have prices on our website. We will tell you exactly what you are paying for with no hidden extras.

Our team all speak English and love to chat. We believe in making a relationship not just a client!
