What do you love most about your job?
Everyday is a different day. Electrical work always presents challenges and gives a great feeling of satisfaction when the work is completed and the client is overjoyed with the end result.
The people I have met over my career and jobs that have been completed, have struck up relationships with customers that have lasted over 20 years.
I love being professional in my work, carrying out the work to meet the electrical regulations and being seen as a tradesman with high standards.
What inspired you to start your own business?
After my apprenticeship and becoming a qualified electrician, I decided to take my education further and become an engineer in the electrical industry.
I have worked for several big companies and enjoyed every minute of being employed by them but nothing quite beats the feeling of doing it for yourself.
My reputation, sales and marketing, and customer satisfaction is all down to me, there are no excuses and no one but myself to blame if my company is not performing well.

Having any work carried out is quite stressful. Knowing that your decision on the tradesmen you have chosen to complete your install is correct, and the work is being carried out is to a high standard, lets the install go ahead with few complications and gives you the confidence to carry on with your workload.
