17 years working in Cork City and County, we provided 24/7 full facility management service for many of the large businesses including Debenhams, Clark's, GAP, Nandos, HMV, Tesco, Sky, New Look, Fatface, Vodafone, Topaz, Milano's. We also provided emergency response contractor cover for many of the major insurance companies,
What guarantee does your work come with?
All structural work is designed and checked by an independent structural engineer and certification provided.
All Electrical work has a certification of compliance registered with Safe Electric/RECCI.
All plumbing gas works is carried out by RGI certified engineer.
We are fully insured.
Active members of Construction Industry Federation.
What do you love most about your job?
We design every house individually and this is achieved through sitting down with our customers to find out ideas they would like incorporated in their new home. We build and renovate homes to a very high finish achieved through good workmanship and the best of materials. It is great to see when the customers start to visualise the end product and get excited about the project.
What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?
Safe distancing in the office for customer's and staff, we disinfect desks after each visit, we have reduced the number of staff working together
