Working with Anna seemed easy and professional at the beginning even thought the work i required for my tax return was basic and simple i soon started getting tax return mistakes (adding bills to the wrong year, forgetting to add bills,. ..) and miscommunication started. No guidance was given or questions asked, i had to do the constant chasing and having to learn how tax return worked myself so i can spot the errors. And then it got much worse, their work actually cost me thousand of pound of extra taxes as they failed to comprehend the most basic request. i do not recommend this company to any English only business, can t judge on their transaction in other country!
