What do you love most about your job?
I have over 40 years experience of being in business, I have traded through good times and bad, and several recessions, learning from my personal experience each time. I enjoy drawing on my experience to assist directors or businesses make their decisions about the next step they take.
When I speak to a solicitor, lending institution or a customer on behalf of a client, over 40 years of negotiating, diplomacy, empathy, intuition and business experience are vital tools in my box that I use to the client's advantage.
What inspired you to start your own business?
I always wanted to work for myself. I have worked for other people at various times, it is important to have that experience as well, to see how other people do things and how you would do it yourself.
Why should our clients choose you?
Horses for courses is an old expression but true. Not everyone can do everything, nor should they, focus on what you do best and get someone you can rely on to deal with the rest.
Doing your own debt recovery puts you at odds with the very people you least want to be at odds with. Letting a third party deal with it can be the answer.
Dealing with a Personal Guarantee yourself is not easy because you are emotionally involved. An experienced third party can give the matter the attention it needs, without being emotionally attached.
I care about the result I get for a client, I do the work I do to the highest possible standard.
