I provide community-based therapeutic and life skills support to teens and young adults who don’t want a traditional therapy experience (I.e. sitting in an office). I lean heavily on nature-based venues, coffee shops, and client homes to access heart-to-heart conversations in contexts where life actually happens.

What do you love most about your job?
Experiencing vulnerable stories and being invited into the inner circle of a person’s life.
What inspired you to start your own business?
I was discontented by the limitations of traditional therapeutic culture. So, I set out to upend the sense of formality and even pricing.
Why should our clients choose you?
Because they want more than a therapist, they want a friend. Someone who will not only spend time with them, but keep in-touch throughout the week, connect them to others, and hand write them letters.
