Approached them before I'd even bought my property about their services and I found them very friendly and efficient, help was always available, they've looked after my property from day 1, sorted everything that needed doing as I live some distance away and found my tenant in 3 days. Sally and Tony welcomed me as a client several years ago and I have had nothing but excellent service from them. Having had just a small portfolio of rental properties (6 over 25 years), I don't expect to be feted and wooed - only 1 property is with AJP, due to geographical constraints. But I do feel valued and receive the same property reports, statements and updates as if I were their largest client.
