I've seen a lot of changes take place from the time I began working at Answernet until now, some good some bad, but overall I like the job. It is fast paced, with numerous accounts that can change at any time but the good news is it's a small office and we all help each other out, we bounce ideas off of and learn from one another; idk about other locations but at this one you're never alone when it comes to training, or day to day operation, we're kinda like our own little family; we even have potlucks so while the job can be stressful at times it can also be a lot of fun, as long as you follow protocol and provide good customer service, management usually doesn't bother you. My only complaint would be that management will at times let employees get away with things that not only affect others but just shouldn't be tolerated and that they could be a little more flexible or understanding when it comes to scheduling and that corporate hardly take us into consideration when taking on certain clients or accounts, this can make the job stressful.Pros Small office, laid back atmosphere, most of the employees get along and everyone is willing to help outCons Scheduling and some of the accounts and be stressful, rude callers etc More...
