I used Anne's Flowers & Gifts for my wedding flowers six months ago. She definitely exceeded my expectations! The flowers were fresh and all the floral arrangements were full and done beautifully. The lady that came to deliver and arrange the flowers on my wedding day was super friendly and sweet.I thought the price I paid was very reasonable for the superb quality of her flowers. Ignore the bad comments! I ordered the florist's daily pick for my 89 yo Grandma's birthday as I'm out of state. I made my online order late the night before her b-day & for various reasons it needed to be at her house close to 10:00 am the next morning. Anne's delivered a beautiful bouquet ( I saw pics) with fresh, healthy flowers - many just about to bloom, a gorgeous vase, topped off with a ribbon/card. Anne's got there on time, despite traffic problems related to McCain's funeral procession and having to travel across the valley (still a free delivery). Also, as it so happens - I was on the phone with my Grandma when Anne's arrived - my Gma put the phone down but I could still hear everything. The delivery driver was absolutely wonderful with my Gma and helped to make her birthday moment quite special. Thank you Anne's - you made our day!! More...

I live in Michigan but called "Ann's Flowers" direct. My Daughter lives in Phoenix and I wanted nice flowers sent to her at work for her Birthday. I have had just a multitude of unfavorable experiences with online flower ordering and wanted to order local and speak to someone direct about what I wanted. I spoke to a Gentleman named Auggie. He didn't make me feel rushed, he listened to my complaints about my previous experiences and I was very specific about what I wanted including how important it was to me that the flowers were handed to her and not just delivered to her place of business!
