Martin has been my biz coach for close to a year. I interviewed several coaches before I settled on Martin. At the time of the decision my business was in a unique place. We were growing rapidly but as the owner I was reaching a threshold of time and productivity. So, one day i thought that if a professional athlete has a coach why shouldn't I? Since then Martin and I have had many conversations about how to take the company where we want to go. Prior to working with Martin Holland, my daily job functions were numerous. I was the janitor, accountant, human resources, machine operator, delivery driver and so much more. I was working 10-14 hour days in the business with no time left for family, recreation or other business ventures.No, I am not an employee of this business, I am the owner. Since working with Martin Holland, I now work "on" the business and not "in" the business. Now, I have the time to own multiple businesses. Phenomenal is the only word I have for Martin Holland! I have seen him work wonders with many different business owners in multiple industries. We are a paving and construction company. My banker suggested I contact Martin several years ago. I talked to him on the phone a few times, but I couldn't find time to meet until he sent me a book that showed me how contracting could be. It has made all the difference.
