Dear AnnaThank you so much for everything you went well beyond the call of duty! I am a Reiki Master and as such felt pretty equipped to give my clients what they needed, but when I heard about Anna Rowes Advanced Reiki Body Energy Analysis course something resonated with me and I felt she would be able to help me better understand the information I was receiving during my client sessions. I was not wrong. Anna’s explanations, methods and interactive application gave me that wonderful Ah ha! moment of understanding. I not only enjoyed the interactive process she used with us but I appreciated the fact that she managed so give each of us her attention, focusing immediately on any areas we needed addressing but in a respectful way that allowed us to appreciate what she was telling us and to incorporate it into our own particular methods, rather than intimating that what we were doing was incorrect or could be done better. We all felt that our unique talents were supported and enhanced by her course and I certainly left the course feeling more confident and also excited about integrating her techniques into my practice. I particularly benefited from the interactive role play of client to Healer which demonstrated so clearly that it is not only the clients spoken word but their whole body language that offers us information.I also appreciated that it was obvious that she was completely dedicated to imparting as much information to us as possible and was keen to listen to each of our thoughts and experiences but still managed to integrate the balance of communication without allowing the session to drift off track or run well past the time allocated for the course . This balance is no easy feat when dealing with a number of passionate healers eager to discuss their experiences with like minded people! but without appearing rude or impatient, Annas wonderful humour and inner strength kept us focused and on the path !I have since used her letter writing technique and several other tools for myself and have found them extremely effectual, this has in turn helped me to advise and help my clients.I am not only extremely grateful for the incredibly comprehensive manual on the course I was given but I am impressed by how easy and functional it is. From the titles in the contents page to the fact that the course is clearly broken into three parts. Basically No waffle just super clear instruction.I was also very impressed by Anna’s including a copy of a client information sheet, I think this went well beyond her requirements as a Tutor and showed how much she wishes others to succeed in their own healing business and I also appreciated her suggested reading list and will definitely be purchasing the books she has recommended.In short Anna’s warm hearted generous approach, her wealth of experience and her attention to detail has given me the tools to grow my healing practise in the right direction and provided me with added confidence.A huge thank you to a very talented teacher. Energy Analysis Course.I have recently completed my Reiki 2 course with Anna Rowe when she told me that she was doing a course that she had written called Energy Analysis. So I signed up to the 2 day course and how educational it was! There were 5 other amazing people there, 3 of whom were Reiki Masters and 3 of us are now Practitioners plus Anna. The course was so informative. I learnt so much that compliments Reiki, with new techniques, more insightfulness and more confidence to forge ahead with my business. I have learnt so much from Anna and I highly recommend her to anyone that is in the healing profession. As stated Anna has written this course, there is nothing out there like this and she teaches with so much passion and enthusiasm. I can’t recommend Anna highly enough, both as a reiki practitioner and a reiki master. A reiki treatment with Anna, combined with her unique advanced energy analysis, is an incredible experience. Her warmth and humour would make anyone feel instantly at home, and her reiki treatments are wonderful. I’ll try to keep this brief but could easily write pages on my experience of seeing Anna from Time for Change. I attended a one to one session to overcome my fear of flying and so far, I’m feeling positive about my holiday (that I was dreading) next month. Anna spent time with me on the phone beforehand collecting information that she used for a personally written hypnoses session. She had produced an extensive pack of information for me to take away and trained me in numerous relaxation techniques. These can be used in everyday life too. The session wasn’t at all rushed and Anna even went into further time with me which I was very grateful for. I wouldn’t hesitate in recommending Anna to help cure a phobia. I have been seeing Anna for help with weight loss and meeting her has been a revolution! Her positive outlook has kept me focused throughout and I now see my relationship with food in a whole new light. Anna has helped me address the real issues I’ve had with food and given me the tools to cope in various situations. She has helped me build my confidence regardless of losing weight and I actually like myself how I am for the first time ever. Anna is full of little gems of knowledge and has pointed out to me things we all do (body language, the way we express ourselves etc) which I wasn’t even aware of and this has helped tremendously. I first went to see Anna after being recommended by a friend. I had just come out of a relationship and although on the outside I seemed happy and perky on the inside I was feeling sad, rejected and vulnerable.
I just couldn't pull myself out of it and because of that I was not in a very happy place.
From the first meeting Anna quickly understood me and was able to guide and support me through changing my outlook and behaviour. I always left each session feeling really positive and as though I could achieve anything. If I had a down moment I would look at the additional reading she gave me which always helped.
Strangely on the last session I mentioned a date I had just been on (having previously attracted people I wasn't really compatible with) and now a few years latter we are blissfully married. For me I believe completely that without Anna's help I would not be where I am today. I have married an incredible man, love my life and am extremely thankful for it.
I would wholeheartedly recommend Anna to anyone, she is the kindest, most compassionate loving lady. Her skills and talents have helped me and continue to do so. Thank you, without your help I would be in a very different place. x

My daughter had suffered from crippling anxiety problems for years and I turned to Reiki as a last resort having tried conventional methods of counselling and CBT.
