What inspired you to start your own business?
When I first became a leader many years ago, I really struggled to find my place as leader in business and spent a lot of time trying to be the leader that I thought other people wanted or thought I should be. When I realised that the best leadership strategy I could have was to be my true self, on my A game, amazing things started to happen for me and the people around me. Jester Consulting is all about helping successful people become brilliant leaders - I love what I do, the difference I am able to make and feel humbled at the journeys I have been a part of.

Helping people connect more effectively with others (the foundation of great leadership) is the thing I was put on the planet to do. It makes me tingle with excitement and it also seems to really help the people I work with.
