A warm and friendly welcome from Anna the first time I went for an appointment with her helped to ease any nerves I had. After a consultation I found Anna was very easy to talk to and after my first reflexology treatment I found my whole body was relaxed and any stress especially in my shoulders was released. I have since had a couple of more appointments with Anna where I've also had Reiki combined with Reflexology and I would totally recommend to anyone suffering from stress or any aches and pains they have. After a full body massage from Anna, I enjoyed the best nights sleep in months. The massage was for me an hour of "Switch Off" time in a very busy lifestyle. Anna freed up the tight tension muscles in my shoulders and back and my who body felt the benefit of the massage for days. The organic oils she used were delightful and the soothing music added to the experience. Anna tailored the massage to my needs following a free consultation. I am a novice to holistic treatments but will certainly visit Anna again and will recommend her services to my family and friends. A care plan was also given to me which was totally unexpected. I contacted Anna for advice and help on reflexology treatments. Anna is very helpful, she contacted me back straight away and offered support and guidance choosing the right treatment. As I've never had any holistic therapies like this before I was a little unsure what to expect. Anna made me feel so comfortable in her home and with her. Anna managed to understand me and tailor the treatment to fit. The atmosphere was lovely and has managed to open my mind and enable me to relax from all the day to day stresses, not only throughout the session but for a couple of days after. I left feeling positive, relaxed, refreshed and full of information as to why and how the treatment works. Very professional and friendly service, full time and attention was given. A 60 min massage is a 60 min massage. Consultation time was seperate and free. .. Anna has an excellent spiritual understanding/awareness and is very in tune with the flow of the bodies energies. I love the organic oils she uses. I feel really good after todays session.
