I am a bespoke dressmaker. I make wedding dresses, bridesmaid dresses, prom dresses, mother of the bride outfits and other daywear - pretty much whatever you have in mind really! I do alterations, such as hems, taking garments in, lifting shoulders or taking up trousers or cuffs.

What do you love most about your job?
I love creating beautiful and flattering clothes for my clients. I am happy if you are happy with your garment! I enjoy the variety of work that I have, from complicated wedding dresses to simple alterations.
What inspired you to start your own business?
I now have grown up children; I used to have a dressmaking business before I became a mother, and am now very pleased to have been able to pick this up again in recent years.
Why should our clients choose you?
I understand that clients want to look their very best, and I try to make this happen! i am willing to spend as long as it takes talking to clients so that they are happy and confident that I understand what they would like. I will give advice when asked, but I never force my opinion on a client, as it's important that they always have the final say on any aspect of the work.
I think my prices are very reasonable, and will always give an estimate before i agree to a job.
