I visited Ann Louise bridal after seeing some beautiful Rosa Clara dresses online that I really wanted to try on. I’m a little late leaving this review as got married in April but just wanted to say thank you! This was the first shop I visited and it is such a lovely shop with so many dresses to choose from. The one on one appointment is lovely too. Cheryl actually picked out the dress I ended up buying and she definitely has a talent for knowing what will work for you. I don’t think I would of picked up that dress otherwise. The whole service was great, including the seamstress who was amazing and got the dress exactly how I wanted. Cheryll stocked my dream dress and after a panicked phone call one morning she stayed open for me so that I could try it on while the trunk show was still on - really unnecessary but meant the world. Cheryll and Dorothy made my experience absolutely perfect and exactly how I had imagined it would be. From the minute I met them they were kind, patient and welcoming. After visiting 5 bridal boutiques both in and out of London, I was encouraged by a family member to arrange an appointment at Ann Louise Bridal. From the moment I entered the very spacious and beautiful boutique I felt completely comfortable, I was not rushed at all and there was no pressure to make a decision there and then. Cheryll helped me to try on a couple of dresses, and knowing exactly what was going to work from what I had told her, helped me to find my perfect wedding dress. My veil has been made, bespoke by Dorothy (Cheryll's Mum) to match my dress perfectly. Alterations were also managed perfectly by Donna, and I could not be more pleased. I cannot recommend Ann Louise Bridal enough! I was extremely indecisive and unable to find a dress, Cheryl and her mum were so patient with me until I found my perfect gown with them. They accommodated my requests for changes in my dress and created a stunning bespoke veil. They even accommodated a last minute change in my dress just a few days before my wedding! I cannot recommend Ann Louise Bridal enough. As it was my first experience of dress shopping I was quite nervous and anxious about the whole experience. However that feeling was quickly squashed as soon as I met Cheryll and Dorothy.The shop is stunning, with ample amount of space and the 1-1 service is next to none. I went to Ann Louise Bridal as they were the closest stockist for a dress I had seen. After trying that dress on and realising it wasn’t for me. Cheryll came back with a brand new dress that I had to try on. After trying on around 4 dresses. I knew I had found the one and there wasn’t any point in looking elsewhere. After my request for my veil Dorothy then hand made it for me and the result finished the dress off perfectly. An absolute dream! After not having such a great dress appointment elsewhere, I was nervous about trying on more wedding dresses. My nerves were completely put to ease the second I walked through the Ann Louise Bridal door. Cheryl and Dorothy welcomed us with their warm smiles and kind nature, and their hospitality from the first second was unbeatable! Firstly, their shop is absolutely beautiful and very spacious - It makes you feel like a princess and I just wanted to try everything on. .. I didn't want to leave! I had an appointment with Ann Louise Bridal this week and my Mum, Sisters and I were blown away by the experience - we couldn't have felt more relaxed and the dresses are beautiful! Never was I expecting to say yes to the dress within half an hour of being in my first bridal shop, but I did! The range of designers and dresses is astounding, and Cheryl and her Mum were just the loveliest people - I'm so happy to have bought from the boutique and can't wait to try my dress on again in 6 months! Going to a bridal boutique can be intimidating. Not this one! They are so welcoming from the moment you get in the door and make you feel comfortable. I told Cheryll what I was looking for and she ended up pulling my perfect wedding dress from the rack.It was exactly what I had in my mind when I imagined myself on my wedding day. Ann Louise Bridal have saved my wedding day. With 8 weeks to go I hadn't found my perfect dress, I walked in on the off chance to see if I could get some inspiration, they were so helpful, understanding and made me feel so at ease about the already stressful situation. They then found me the most beautiful gown, I knew instantly that it was the one!
Cheryl and her lovely mum did everything possible to make sure I had this dress for my wedding day. Today I had my final fitting with the amazing Donna Spyrou and have now brought my dress home with 3 weeks until the big day.

I cannot thank you enough for all you have done, as I said you have made me now feel like the perfect bride with my perfect dress.

I highly recommend to anyone getting married. Their warm and welcoming approach is more than anyone could want when preparing for their big day.

What a fabulous find! From start to finish, Cheryl made both me and my mum feel like a million dollars. Her knowledge and passion shines through and meant that in just over an hour she had helped me find my perfect dress. I’d searched high and low for the perfect wedding dress and I really wasn’t enjoying it as much as I though I would. Then I found Anne Louise bridal. As soon as I walked in I was made to feel welcome and comfortable. Cheryl has an array of beautiful dresses that I could of tried them all on. I found Cheryll's shop by complete chance and feel so lucky that I did. Cheryll and her team were incredible from start to finish, with the choice or couture gowns, to the professional and friendly service. Cheryll accommodated my appointments around my working schedule and went above and beyond to source my accessories for the day. The alteration service they offer is precise and reasonably priced.
