Sadly I lost my dog Elle , after 14yrs , Animals at home came and were wonderful and caring , towards Ellie and myself . They brought her ashes back to me then , I’d recommend them to anyone

Animals at home have been fantastic with my cat so far! I booked them for the 30 minute cat sitting visits for our holiday. They came over for a discussion on exactly what she needs & to learn her routine. They have a great balance of professional, but friendly & casual. They give updates, pictures & videos of the interaction to reassure you on how they're doing whilst you're away. It's all at a very good price for such a great service. My cat is very nervous around new people as she hasn't had much exposure to new people because of lockdown. After a couple of visits, she's been getting more fussy & comfortable with him. Lynette, from the kings Lynn and West Norfolk branch of Animals At Home, collected my new puppy for me last Friday. I was extremely happy with her service. I chose Lynette from a variety of different puppy carriers because of her detailed email response and her reassuring words when I phoned her up. She kept in touch for the whole journey, from Barnsley, and as Amber, my puppy, was so small she put her in a cat carrier on the front seat with her. This meant she could immediately see if Amber became upset or needed changing-which did happen. She also stopped for cuddles with the puppy and to feed her. Therefore, Amber arrived happy, calm and settled, even though she had had a very long journey. I cannot recommend Lynette enough. Many thanks again for a wonderful service. More...

A massive thank you to Andy Kinnard of Animals At Home (National Forest) Ltd. I was really stuck getting my dog to a veterinary appointment. I contacted Andy and at really short notice was able to arrange for him to pick up my dog and take him to our local vets. He was incredibly professional and my dog was so relaxed. Andrew at animals at home ,Burton on trent, provided us with a fantastic service. He visited our cat daily giving him lots of fuss, tidied up his mess when he decided to shred some of our carpet and knock off a glass pot and even put out our bin. We've got an old cat who doesn't like going in the car nor staying in catteries. 'Animals at home' cared for Mitzy at short notice in our home and it's a great service. Sue visited to assess before the service began and she kept us updated on how Mitzy was each day. When we returned home, Mitzy seemed very content and it eliminated the need for us to rush back to collect Mitzy from a cattery. A@H have cared for our cats for many years and we always know we can go away and that they are in good hands. This includes contacting us to discuss any issues that might crop up, such as whether certain behaviours are usual for that cat etc. Highly recommended.

We have just returned from two weeks holiday knowing that our two cats would have been lovingly looked after at home by Jennie and Laura whilst we were away. We left our cats for a month earlier in the year and we received regular news as to their well-being. Both cats are happier when left in their familiar surroundings rather than in a cattery. Great service! I much prefer letting my cat stay in it’s home environment when we go away rather than using a cattery . I felt very reassured from the start by Jennie and the level of service provided, and even get little updates while we’re away, which again is reassuring and stops me worrying!
