I lost my parrot for almost two weeks, and Louise was absolutely amazing, I met her at Bunkers Park playing the sound of my parrot I shared on Facebook, she was helping me to find him the whole time he was gone. Highly recommend, despite our dog being nervous, Jo was really reassuring and fantastic.
Managed to find that some Peanut Butter on a lemon juicer 😂, was the way forward to keep her distracted.

Such a lovely team especially as unfortunately on our first appointment, I’d just found out the passing of a loved one minutes before Jo came and she was really lovely and understanding and the team contacted me to send their condolences.

Animals at home have been fantastic with my cat so far! I booked them for the 30 minute cat sitting visits for our holiday. They came over for a discussion on exactly what she needs & to learn her routine. They have a great balance of professional, but friendly & casual. They give updates, pictures & videos of the interaction to reassure you on how they're doing whilst you're away. It's all at a very good price for such a great service. Lynette, from the kings Lynn and West Norfolk branch of Animals At Home, collected my new puppy for me last Friday. I was extremely happy with her service. I chose Lynette from a variety of different puppy carriers because of her detailed email response and her reassuring words when I phoned her up. She kept in touch for the whole journey, from Barnsley, and as Amber, my puppy, was so small she put her in a cat carrier on the front seat with her. This meant she could immediately see if Amber became upset or needed changing-which did happen. She also stopped for cuddles with the puppy and to feed her. Therefore, Amber arrived happy, calm and settled, even though she had had a very long journey. I cannot recommend Lynette enough. Many thanks again for a wonderful service. More...

A massive thank you to Andy Kinnard of Animals At Home (National Forest) Ltd. I was really stuck getting my dog to a veterinary appointment. I contacted Andy and at really short notice was able to arrange for him to pick up my dog and take him to our local vets. He was incredibly professional and my dog was so relaxed. Andrew at animals at home ,Burton on trent, provided us with a fantastic service. He visited our cat daily giving him lots of fuss, tidied up his mess when he decided to shred some of our carpet and knock off a glass pot and even put out our bin. My dog is a Welsh Collie called Shadow and the name suits him as he likes to be by my side. I did not want to put him in kennels while away as I knew he would not be happy. To be able to leave him with Mel was such a blessing. She kept his routine and we got to see pictures and videos of him each day while we were away. Pet Ambulance/Taxi
Offering a service where we can take you and your pet for their veterinary appointments in our DEFRA licenced pet ambulance.
The service also includes transport to anywhere in the country for relocation or re homing.
Pet Sitting
A Service where we would stay in your own home to take care of your pets when you are away.
Home Boarding
A licensed service where your dog would stay with us in our own home while you are away.
Offering individual care and attention. A great alternative to a kennel stay.
Cat Care and Small Pet Visits
A service where we would visit your cat and small furries in your own home.
The service includes feeding, litter tray cleaning and fussing.
We also are happy to care for small holding animals.
Individual Cremation
A service where we take care of your beloved pet when the time comes for them to pass.
The service includes an immediate arrangement for collection of your pet from either your own home or veterinary practice.
A private individual cremation. A brass engraved wooden casket or scatter box and a personal return of your pet's ashes the following day.
