I will never use this hairdressers again I didn't even get my hair done!
So I bought a woucher for a bayalage hair cut and blow dry £29 with a £10 sur charge for long hair, i booked a appointment with Layla arrive on time the lady at the desk had no idea who I was and what I had come for then to be told I will have to wait half a hour as she was running late, unless I wanted someone else to do my hair but after reading the reviews which were quite bad Layla seemed the best person, Layla looked at my hair then told me I would need to pay for extras £25 for the length of my hair and £30 for the colour so £55 on top of what I paid on woucher I was tying to understand why I'm paying for colour as it does not state that on the woucher then I over heard Layla taking to staff while cutting another persons hair with a room full of staff saying she can't do my hair it will take too long ask her if she wants someone else, the staff member comes over to me and asks then Layla proceeds to tell me that she has to do a highlight on someone else's hair before me so I'm like well why booked me in at 5pm then right? So any way I said ok I will book another day after traveling all the way from south London so I go with the other member of staff to rebook then this member of staff tells me that Layla couldn't do my hair as they was waiting for the other shop in Kensington to bring the straighting keatering I'm like I'm not straighting my hair its a balayage (awkward) so any way I leave about 5mins later I drive past the shop as I parked around the corner and onbehold Layla was blow dying another woman's hair not high lighting it's clear she couldn't be bothered to do my hair and made up a lie to get out of it but that's ok because I'm taking my hard earned cash and going to a more established and up market hair dresser to get the exceptional service that every customer deserves no mater how much it costs or what the budget is, and on the positive side I'm very happy that I didn't use this hairdresser as it seems they have no clue as what is going on in that shop and if your not a full paying customer they are not going to treat you as a customer at all.
