Angie catered my birthday and the food was great. We had a choice of salmon or filet mignon for 48 guests. The salmon was cooked to perfection and I heard the same for the meat.
Although the sides were a bit tepid, they were tasty. I had my plate saved and warmed it up the next day and it was awesome. I was hoping for leftovers (so I could eat them lol) because I had at least 3 guests not show up but I didn't get any...I really hope they didn't just throw them away.
She had great quality chargers, china, glassware, flatware and linen. Her staff was polite and courteous with smiles on their faces. I needed a portable bar least minute and she brought that too. All in all, I'll work with Angie again if the occasion arises.

Angie's Choice Catering catered our corporate Christmas event, and they were INCREDIBLE. For dinner, we had a choice between a BBQ plate and the Chicken Fried Chicken. Both options were absolutely delicious, and the ingredients were fresh and expertly prepared. (Those mashed potatoes were so flavorful, they didn't even NEED gravy--not that anyone in their right mind would have turned down that homemade cream gravy, though). Their second high mark comes from the quality of their staff. I was blown away by the level of support they offered. They were quick, organized, professional, friendly, and went above and beyond to help the party go smoothly, even in areas not pertaining to food. We are so grateful to their team, and we could not have asked for a better experience. 10/10 stars More...

What’s your signature dish?
For appetizers, our beef sliders with crispy onions and house-made steakhouse aioli by far are the most requested item. For dinner, the most popular items are our Pasta Bar, Fajitas and Bar-B-Q buffets.
How do you go about creating the perfect menu for your clients?
Speaking with customers to get an idea of what they are looking for - whether it be a casual gathering or formal event. Then deciding what food items will work best for the number of guests and the venue in which it will be served.

We offer buffet and plated dinner service.
Bartending
TABC Licensed and Insured bartenders. We can also provide beer and wine / liquor packages for your special event.
Cake Cutting
Our cake cutting service includes disposable cake plates, forks and napkins. Skilled servers will cut and serve cake to your guests.
