What do you love most about your job?
I'm humbled everyday to be able to guide dogs into happy, well-behaved lives and honored to help their families learn to do the same. I get the most challenging cases, the dogs that have already been to trainers and vets and have been given up on. I know each dog I work with saves a life and gives their families peace and the opportunity to enjoy their dog family member. Through my videos "3 Dog Days" and "Puppy and Dog Parenting Program - and coming soon "Fixing Fear" I get to reach dogs all over the world. I feel I'm the luckiest person in the world.
What inspired you to start your own business?
With over 20 years volunteer service rehabilitating rescue dogs; and having gone through some very challenging life experiences, I was motivated to use my passion for helping dogs to start Angie4Dogs.com. I decided my successful and respectful techniques and experience had to be spread to every dog parent. That is my forever goal.
Why should our clients choose you?
My techniques with dogs are unique, incredibly effective and respectful. There is too much, incorrect and conflicting information on-line about how dogs think and feel; and how to really communicate with them. I provide several ways to help dog parents. My clients can instantly view my dog behavior videos on-line or in DVD form, request a consult at their home or send their dogs to my home for a 2 week rehabilitation/training or puppy training session. I do not use kennels so space is limited.
