I believe this is possibly one of the most important decisions - it's the photographs you and your spouse will have to help you savor the memories. I met with different photographers, emailed/spoke with others. I immediately had a connection with Angie. She was so easy to work with, had a great style, and her photographs are amazing! Looking through her albums, seeing all of the accolades she has (fashion, interior design, entertainment) - it's no wonder she gets such great reviews. It was important to us to find a photojournalist who can capture the moment and not intrude on the day (I can't stand hearing all the clicks of the cameras and seeing photographers running around posing people during wedding receptions). She has a unique eye and always produces special photographs with various and unique finishing qualities, so you have great options to work with. What’s the secret to taking a great photograph?
Having a good understanding of what the client wants, and adding my style of photography to the shoot.
What do you love most about your job?
I would have to say the travel part and meeting new people.
What inspired you to start your own business?
I began my career right out of high school as an assistant for esteemed designer Stuart Membery where, for the first time was exposed to high fashion and serious photo shoots. I went on to become a fashion and product stylist with Mode Magazine in Australia, where I also developed a skill for photography with further studies.
